Subject: SurroundCast Receiver Power Pack is Dead

I've used the contact form on this web site. I've called the phone number for support. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I just purchased the Surroundcast and SubCast products. Upon opening up and installing the Surroundcast Receiver it was evident that the power pack was not working. Please provide a solution for replacing the power pack. Otherwise, I will be returning both products.
